Independent directors as their name suggests have to act independently that the company During the recent years disruption has become a buzz word. Due to pandemic the normal functioning of everyone was disrupted. However, digital technology emerged as a ray of hope in the midst of difficulty and helped us to continue with our teaching-learning pedagogy. It is indeed heartening to learn that Comércio comes in the digital format and essentially serves the purpose of knowledge dissemination among the various stakeholders of the commerce fraternity.en_US
