Abstract: In recent times, the multinational corporations have become a key change player in shaping the lives of people and economy of any country. Thus, the connection between corporate law and the empowerment of human rights has emerged as a crucial and vital subject in today’s legal discourse in the modern globalized world. These corporate bodies influence on the lives of people raises a concern with respect to potential human rights issues. The inclusion of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility have played a vital role to address this issue of empowering human rights to some extent. In order to attain the modern goal of just and inclusive society, it is imperative that Governments should work for robust legal framework where corporates are required to respect human rights of the people with due diligence and address the impacts of their actions on human rights. But, ensuring that victims of corporate human rights violations have access to remedies is one of the biggest difficulties in the field of corporate law. Affected people and communities frequently find it challenging to hold corporations accountable for their conduct due to legal obstacles. It is essential for enabling human rights in corporate contexts to put into place appropriate remedies and to make sure corporate legal systems do not obstruct justice. Henceforth, it becomes crucial to maintain a balance between the interests of the corporate bodies and protection of human rights within the ambit of corporate law. Therefore, this paper is an attempt to delve into the best practices which the corporation can adopt to ensure protection of human rights of the people under the realm of corporate Law.
