Abstract: This research paper examines the impact of quantum com- puting and artificial intelligence (AI) on cryptography. As the capabilities of quantum computers increase and artificial intelligence algorithms be- come more complex, traditional cryptography methods are increasingly vulnerable. This paper discusses the various stages in the evolution of Al-based cryptography. It also highlights the importance of designing quantum-resistant cryptography to ensure secure communications in the future. Additionally, this paper examines the role of AI in detecting the true randomness of finite binary strings, which can be used to deter- mine the strength of encryption algorithms. We describe the principles of artificial neural networks (ANN) and deep learning to detect patterns in intercepted data streams that could be signatures of encrypted data. Overall, this research paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the im- pact of quantum computing and artificial intelligence on cryptography and highlights the need to develop quantum-resistant cryptography to ensure future secure communications.
