Abstract: Most of the product and services-based companies have a support center in their websites to provide assistance to their customers at all times. In most websites, the support center has the same options for every page of their site such as contact an agent, raise a ticket and more. Most of the users cannot navigate to what they want to access if they are stuck in a certain page. To overcome this, rule-based contextual help provides recommendations to users based on the content on the current page if they are stuck. These recommendations can be set by web admin based on users and what they access the most with comprehensive labels which improves readability.
