Abstract

This has been assigned in our internship is Paint shop PTP/FTR improvent. Manufacturing of an 2w alloy wheel can be categorized into 4 stages. The main context of this report is primary details of the company, brief description of my project and work station allotted to me one of the leading alloy wheel manufacturers in India. I have attached the pictures of operations at paint shop and flow of processes involved in painting an 2w alloy wheel without getting rejected because of defects related to paint. We were asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to restrict the technical data from going out of the company.
