Abstract: Abstraction is applied to the appointment management process to simplify scheduling and cancellation. Customers can easily add appointments by selecting the desired service, date, and time from a user-friendly interface. The abstraction layer manages the availability of staff members, updates the appointment schedule, and sends notifications to customers and staff members. Similarly, customers can cancel appointments effortlessly through the abstraction layer, which handles the removal of appointments from the schedule and notifies the affected parties. By abstracting these operations, customers can focus on the appointment details without being burdened by the underlying complexities._x000D_ Abstraction is employed to streamline the payment process for customers. Customers can make payments using various methods, such as cash, credit cards, or digital wallets. The payment abstraction layer handles the integration with payment gateways, performs necessary validations, and securely processes the payment transactions. Customers are shielded from the intricacies of payment processing, allowing for a smooth and secure payment experience._x000D_ Abstraction is applied to the feedback collection process to facilitate customer Input. Customers can provide feedback on their salon experience, ratings, and comments through a user-friendly feedback form. The abstraction layer captures the feedback, stores it securely, and associates it with the corresponding customer and appointment. The abstraction hides the complexity of feedback storage and retrieval, allowing customers to express their opinions conveniently.
