Abstract: Programming Language and Code Structure Developed in C++, the project manifests a meticulously organized code structure. The core functionalities are encapsulated within the CarRental System class, ensuring a cohesive and structured approach to handling various operations within the system. Key Methods and Features: Authentication: The login() method employs secure password authentication to grant access to administrators, ensuring system security. The system enables administrators to add new vehicles to the inventory and view the available cars through the adminMenu() functionalities. Customers interact with the system to rent cars, specifying rental durations, while the system automatically calculates fees based on mileage. The rentCar() and returnCar() methods facilitate these processes, providing a user-friendly experience. The system accommodates the addition of new vehicles to the inventory, ensuring scalability and adaptability. Administrators gain access to an exclusive module facilitating inventory management, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources. Customers engage with an intuitive interface to rent cars, providing flexibility in selecting vehicles and rental durations. Project Structure: The system houses a predefined inventory of cars, each defined by its model and mileage. A meticulously designed mechanism tracks the availability of cars, ensuring efficient monitoring of rented vehicles through a boolean array.
