Abstract: The Artificial Intelligence Dietician is a novel Al-powered system designed to function as a diet consultant, mirroring the capabilities of a human dietician. Much like their human counterparts who rely on knowledge of food nutrient values, this system engages users in consultations to determine their unique dietary needs. User's provide essential information such as their daily schedule, body measurements, and activity levels. The system processes this data to calculate the precise nutrient requirements tailored to the user. Following predefined rules, the system presents users with a suitable diet plan and seeks their affirmation. In instances where user's express dissatisfaction, the system offers alternative diet plans to better cater to their specific needs. The Artificial Intelligence Dietician system strives to deliver tailored dietary guidance, accounting for individual characteristics and preferences. To enhance its effectiveness, ongoing considerations should include nutritional balance, user preferences, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, continuous learning, data security, and ethical standards. This system has the potential to serve as a valuable tool for individuals seeking personalized and sustainable dietary solutions.
