Payments Making System Using SCM

Abstract

Effective customer service and digitalization are essential for utility corporations in the gas, water, and electricity sectors to satisfy client epectations. Using digital platforms such as mobile apps and websites, aims to bridge the gap between the utility's consumers, employees, and eecutives. My current project tat is related to the payments team's smart customer mobile (scm) solution. Methods of payment that can be done online, such as electronic wallets, electronic checks, electronic cash, smart cards, credit, debit, etc. Many people all around the globe are starting to utilize e-payment systems; however, not all of these systems are equally popular. Still, the importance of payments in today's world is undeniable, and with the rise of digital transactions, it's clear that internet businesses rely heavily on them. The development of a strong, trustworthy, and secure payments system is crucial due to the increasing importance of digital payments throughout the globe. The majority of clients pay their bills using the scm site. The previous method of payment for scm was via a portal redirect to the payment gateway page. We are currently developing our scm payment system to build our own websites and apis to integrate with gateways. My involvement with this project is limited to this. The first part this business provides utility businesses with a variety of platforms that allow them to manage their employees and facilitate communication with their consumers. Because there are many modules, the one to which i was assigned was the payments module. Therefore, our team takes care of everything from the moment a client starts the payment request process all the way up to the moment it reaches the payment vendor and_x000D_ receives the vendor's answer about storage. Customers have a few options when it comes to making payments using this module, including one-time payments, tokenized payments, and autopayments. The user has the option to keep their payment credentials in a profile, which gives them the freedom to pay their bill using several methods like google pay, venmo, or their bank.
