Abstract: Essentially, hrsm (human resource service management) is subdivided into the employee eperience (e) team. Improving the user's productivity via enhancing the customer eperience on the portal is its primary goal, as the name indicates. In order to increase user (employee) productivity to the organization, the team strives to comprehend the portal's user eperience restrictions and devises features and solutions to surpass them. Incorporating a "app launcher" feature has been a step toward our ultimate objective of enhancing user eperience; it will allow workers to access a variety of organizational or work-related apps straight from a widget or a page. Work that has already been outlined for the app launcher feature: this feature's architecture is built to provide workers more options to speed up their access to different applications. The following are some of the options that "app launcher" offers and that our "titan" team has worked with:
