This time commitment not only hinders productivity_x000D_ but also contributes to burnout and disengagement The rise of email overload can be attributed to several factors, including: The increasing volume of emails sent and received daily The tendency to use email for non-urgent matters. The ease of copying multiple recipients on emails. The lack of effective email management strategies_x000D_ The consequences of email overload are far-reaching: Reduced productivity: Employees spend valuable time sorting through and responding to irrelevant emails, detracting from their ability to focus on priority tasks.
