Abstract: The industry or SaaS principally follows a model in which a business software is directly delivered to the client so that it could enhance the experience of its customers. This industry has become a significant part of the economic growth of the IT industry. Other Industries fall back on software to improveUser experience of the end customer by connecting with the end customers Manage the efficiency of their workforce Utilize the resources using data analytics and Artificial intelligence etc. For efficient software development, most organizations like follow an iterative method of Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation and Maintenance called SDLC - (Software Development Life Cycle). The UI/UX, Marketing, Development and Testing teams all work in it. A Product Analyst is required to have in depth knowledge of the product. Requirements that are brought in by the Marketing team are reviewed by the analysts. Product Analysts also map the requirements of the client and map it with the mock UI (User Interface) screen. Any discrepancy is noted and resolved. Once all the requirements are refined and the Mock-ups are mapped, a Product Analyst writes Use Case or User Stories. Use Case and User Stories capture the interaction between a user and the system. These help an analyst to capture the basic workflow of the interaction, define functionalities of various elements on the screen, write business rules to govern these functionalities and validation checks to ensure the integrity of user-system interactions. These Use case/ User stories are then used by the development team to create the Software. This project is essentially about creating User Stories for a France and UK Based Utility Company with its internationalheadquarters in US that aims to provide reliable and efficient natural gas services. is responsible for providing them with a state of art Software for their utility customers that satisfices all the requirements laid out.
