Abstract: In the dynamic and diverse landscape of college life, student clubs play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of community, personal development, and extracurricular engagement. The selection of a club president is a crucial process that can significantly impact the club's direction, culture, and overall effectiveness This abstract explores the design of an inclusive and transparent voting system for the selection of college club presidents, aiming to enhance fairness, representation, and democratic values within the student body. The proposed voting system incorporates elements of inclusivity by considering the diverse interests, backgrounds, and perspectives of the student population. It addresses the challenge of ensuring that every student's voice is heard, regardless of their level of involvement or popularity within the club. By fostering inclusivity, the system aims to create an environment where students from various backgrounds feel encouraged to participate in the electoral process and contribute to the selection of a leader who best represents the collective interests of the club. Transparency is a key pillar of the proposed voting system, seeking to build trust among students and promote accountability within the election process. Clear communication of election rules, candidate qualifications, and the overall voting procedure is essential to ensure that students are well-informed and can make decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of the candidates and their platforms. Additionally, transparency in the counting and announcement of election results is critical for maintaining the integrity of the process and addressing any concerns or disputes that may arise.
