Abstract: ï»¿_x000D_ _x000D_ The initial board is generated by implementing a backtracking algorithm that recursively attempts to assign numbers to empty cells while validating that the board remains correct at each step. To check the validity of user input, the current state of the board is evaluated to see if the input number already exists in the corresponding row, column, or 3x3 subgrid. Any errors are highlighted by changing the cell colors to provide visual feedback to the user. The game tracks the number of correct entries and checks if the full 9x9 board is completely solved. The ping pong game aims to create a basic 2D paddle game experience for two players. The core game logic includes moving the paddles vertically based on user keyboard input, spawning a ball in the center, handling ball trajectory and collisions against paddles and walls, detecting misses and updating the scores, and increasing difficulty by speeding up the ball after every few successful hits. The paddles and ball are modeled as separate classes with functions to update their respective states each frame. User keyboard input sets the vertical velocity of the paddles. The ball trajectory is altered based on collision responses when it hits the paddles and walls. Misses are detected using bounding box collision tests. The scoring system increments scores on hits and misses to incentivize competitive play. Increasing ball speed adds more challenge as the game progresses.
