Abstract: The "ReadEase Library Management System" is an all-inclusive software program made to help library managers and patrons alike optimize and improve their library's operations. The system effectively manages user records and book information by utilizing sophisticated data structures like arrays and linked lists. The system uses a linked list to hold comprehensive records for user management, such as the history of books borrowed and returned, the user ID, name, and phone number. The ability to add, update, and search users makes it easy for administrators to keep correct user data. Each user's total number of books borrowed is tracked by the system, which also stores pertinent information such as Book ID, Title, Category, Genre, and Borrow Date. Comparably, a linked list is used for book management to hold the following information: Book ID, Title, Category, Genre, and Availability status. Administrators may use the system to update book information, add new books, search for certain books, and view the complete book catalog. Furthermore, real-time information on book availability is ensured by the dynamic updating of the availability status. The project enables administrators to carry out activities effectively by implementing a user-friendly interface with a number of menu-driven alternatives. One noteworthy feature that makes it easier for users to locate books they can borrow is the option to display all books or only the books that are available.
