Abstract: Lack of access to and analysis of these important historical records might result in therapeutic decisions that lack sufficient knowledge and might be harmful to the patient's overall wellbeing. Healthcare personnel run the danger of making judgments without fully comprehending the patient's medical history when they do not have easy access to these essential historical documents. This may lead to ill-informed therapeutic decisions being made, such as selecting the wrong course of therapy, giving prescriptions at the wrong dosage, or ignoring important details that could have an impact on the patient's health. These errors can have serious repercussions, such as poor health Result, extended hospital stays, or, in the worst case scenario, potentially fatal consequences. Difficulties with Appointment Management. Organizing Appointments Healthcare institutions frequently experience problems with appointment scheduling, which are mostly brought on by outdated, inefficient, and error-prone systems. Scheduling issues, missed appointments, and long wait times are becoming the norm and seriously disrupt the patient trip.
