Abstract: The main context of this report is based on the work allotted to me by the company and in which domain of 2 wheelers I was asked to work. As in details my main area of work in 2-wheeler production is with the development of power Train, braking system and the suspension system for the 2-wheeled vehicles. The collection of photos and the data related to the materials are prohibited inside the company. An official NDA from the company was signed by me regarding this data prohibition. So, regarding this none of the data to such sensitive information is not included in this report, mainly focused on development of power Train, braking system, and suspension system for the 2-wheeler electric vehicles. When coming to suspension it involves integration of the design and development with both braking and powertrain. All my base s are interlinked with each other as the integration of one with other is crucial for the development of the vehicle. When coming to suspension the design includes components like under bracket suspension and the mounting brackets this also includes some raw calculation of stroke and damper constant also. For the development of power train, the calculation of centre of gravity wheelbase are some raw data which is required whereas in design the rear part of wheel plays a crucial role as it's a hub motor. For the design of braking, we need to design a wheel housing where a brake can be mounted and some calculation of brake lever ration and the brake factor. This was the major area of my in 2-wheeler development for the electric vehicles.
