Abstract: Effective management methods that address both client happiness and business operations are critical to the salon industry's success. This research explores the creation and deployment of an all-inclusive Salon Management System (SMS) intended to optimize a variety of salon operations, enhance productivity, and elevate the clientele's overall experience._x000D_ A salon management system is a crucial tool for efficiently overseeing several facets of the business operations of a salon. Customer communications, appointment scheduling, payment processing, gathering feedback, and loyalty program administration are all streamlined. In this situation, abstraction is essential to creating and executing a system that is organized and easy to maintain. In software development, abstraction is a key idea that enables us to hide unneeded elements from view and concentrate on the important components of a system. The abstraction concepts and methods used in a salon management system from the perspective of the client are examined in this article.
