dc.description.abstractThe increasing advancements in the field of Information and Communication Technology, especially in the Mobile communication  system has prompted many libraries to provide services which are predominantly mobile based. While there is no doubt that there are a number  of initiatives in libraries to provide a number of mobile based services creating a complete application for the library is still at its infant stage.  While most of the activities in the library can be integrated through the library this article looks at providing a complete mobile application as  a comprehensive single mobile.  This article looks at the basic approach needed to develop a mobile library application by taking the case of  the University of Swaziland Library as a Case Studyen_US
