Abstract: This study suggests the chat program Doplop, which has the distinctive feature of an in-sync video player that lets users watch movies together in real time. Users can create groups and play online golf links to movies, which can then be played concurrently on each individual device in the aggroup. The client-server model, transmission protocols (TCP/UDP), and IP addresses are only a few of the computer web ideas that are incorporated into the actual application to facilitate efficient data transfer and message routing between clients and servers._x000D_ With the help of Doplop's unique in-sync video player feature, users may view movies together in real time while chatting. For efficient data transposition and message routing between clients and servers, the program integrates a number of computer network concepts, such as the client-server paradigm, transmission protocols (TCP/UDP), and information processing addresses.
