dc.description.abstractThe goal of the project is to create analytics through which we can observe the customer behaviour on our website. It presents distinctive issues in light of various visualizations and analytics, comparability in structure. We build visualizations and reports from the production data that enhance the CSP portal. We did our research on existing CSP and made reports of what new can be incorporated into it. In this manner it is essential to discover viable visualization techniques for analysis. It can be useful for an admin to observe the customer behaviour on the website and to observe the various touchpoints in the customer journey.en_US
