Abstract: Everyone has preferences on what to spend money on, where to spend our money and we take ample amount of time to research what product is good and why it is good. This is a typical consumer behaviour, that is when a need arises or a problem comes up in our day-to-day life, and if there is a product or service that could solve that problem or ease that pain point it is obvious next step to acquire the solution. It is in human nature to always go with familiarity. A familiar person in a situation with unknowns, a familiar shop we often go to, a familiar product, a familiar service product. The familiarity is a form of trust. We all have our preferred brands, there are brands out their people will buy the product even though it is not the best the money can buy because these brands have established a sense of familiarity and in doing so ultimately trust._x000D_ Trust comes when a brand says what it does and does what it says. When the values fall in congruent with values of consumer that is when an organisation has nailed their brand awareness. There are lot of things that help build up to the level of the likes of Apple, Nike. One of the pillars to strike such gold is branding. Branding is not only a logo, few colours, and patterns. A designer duty is to design the means to communicate with the ideal customer with the least amount of cognitive load, and grab them with visuals, communicate to their inner self and make them look towards that product or service. In this project, the goal is to form a visual language for a museum called Andhra Pradesh National History Park, MUSEUM & RESEARCH in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This report will contain the complete process of how design studios like PENTAGRAM take on Branding Projects. This is the same process used to brand organisation we now know to be billion-dollar companies.
