Abstract: The report entails the work done in the practice school and is built around the topic of website testing automation. Automation is a concept that could be applied in any field but it's a regularity in the field of computer science. It helps reduce human intervention in the processes that are monotonous. The department assigned was Quality Engineering and Assurance which includes a set of testers testing the code developed by the developer as a part of the agile team. The major part of the internship throws light on automation with Selenium, using Java as the programming language. Under the supervision of the trainer, the interns have learnt Java, MySQL, JavaScript, REST, SOAP and a few other concepts from scratch that would come handy when it comes to the Mini, Hackathon, and Main projects. The training also included the learnings in the form of UDEMY courses in the areas of XML, JSON, Cucumber, POSTMAN concepts that helped us implement features in the projects that I worked on during the practice school. The objective of the entire internship was to learn to develop the code from scratch, automate the tasks given to the interns in the form of projects and to make sure the code is error free and catches any errors just in case if any. The immediate outcome was the implementation of learner's abilities in the form of hands-on and coding challenges which were our assessments on a weekly basis.
