Abstract: A coordinated stage for service organizations. Its Smart Customer Mobile (SCM) product delivers a 360-degree perspective on client connections that incorporates: billing, water and energy use, service requests, blackout reports, and the more. Utilizing key measurements that are standard for some service organizations, SCM gives a continuous energy and water investigation stage. The arrangement additionally offers two-path correspondence between the service organization and its clients. It supports common needs for its customers such as Advanced Metering Infrastructure(AMI), Mobile Device Management(MDM), Outage Management and other backend framework. At Smart Energy Water, we worked as Product Engineers in Database. Our main area of work involved Microsoft SQL Server, Talend Open Studio and MongoDB. Our internship is based on the live project Smart Customer Mobile's database.
