Abstract: In an era where efficient information management plays a pivotal role in academic institutions, STUDEX emerges as a robust solution, offering a seamless blend of user authentication, student data management, and secure storage Developed as part of the academic coursework for CSET:202 Data Structures Using C++, STUDEX is a testament to the collaborative efforts of its creators-Abhinav Srivastava, V Hanshath, and Aadarsh Singh Tomar. The work encompasses two main components, user authentication and student data management. The user authentication system ensures the security and privacy of user credentials, allowing individuals to register, log in, and access the rich functionalities of STUDEX. The system employs a secure file, 'secure.txt, where user data is diligently stored and loaded into memory upon program initiation. This meticulous approach not only facilitates a smooth user experience but also ensures the integrity of user information. Upon successful authentication, users are usbered into the heart of STUDEX-a comprehensive student details management system. Leveraging a dynamic data structure, student details are stored in both a vector (students') and an unordered map ('studentMap'), providing an efficient and scalable solution. The use of these data structures ensures quick and organized access to student information, laying the foundation for a responsive user interface The student details management system encompasses a spectrum of features, allowing users to search, add, delete, and modify student information.
