Abstract: Smart Customer Mobile is an application developed by SEW to facilitate customers of utility companies in sectors of power, gas, and water. It bridges the gap between utility and customers by providing an easy-to-use application through which customers can pay bills, raise outage issues, track their consumption and many more. The utility on its end has the advantages of easy maintenance, display scheduled maintenance outages and rebates that it can offer to customers through this application. The whole application is designed in a way to bring out the best user experience to the customers and similarly it focusses on connecting the utility with their customers through a secured and reliable application. The features like autopay, level-pay will enable customers hassle free payment of utility bills. With sophisticated notifications within the application user can be informed at prior basis on planned outages, payment dues, efficiency and saving tips, rebates, and usage alerts. It is feature rich in design with very less maintenance that enables utility to provide valued service to its customers.
