In this report, the authors address the significance and complexity of developing a Natural Language Processing library in c++. Natural language processing is the application of computational linguistics to build real-world applications which work with languages consisting of varying structures. We are trying to teach the computer to learn languages, and then also expect it to understand it, with suitable efficient algorithms. This report discusses the history and the importance of each step implemented in this project while also demonstrating the implementation of the algorithms. In this report, the authors have focused on two very popular and important concepts of NLP Le, text- processing/cleansing and summarization.en_US
