Abstract: The planned C++ patient record management system has the power to completely change bow healthcare is provided in our nation. Numerous issues facing the healthcare system today can be addressed by the system, which offers a single platform for storing and retrieving patient details. The dispersion of patient records is currently one of the main issues facing the_x000D_ healthcare industry. Healthcare practitioners typically lace challenges in accessing_x000D_ pertinent patient records because they are dispersed across several systems. This_x000D_ may cause care to be delayed and make it more challenging to trace a patient's_x000D_ entire medical history._x000D_ Additionally, an automated appointment booking system will be offered by the system. Patients will find it simpler to book appointments with their healthcare providers as a result, and wait times will be shortened._x000D_ The system enables a physician to swiftly and conveniently retrieve a patient's whole medical history, including previous diagnoses, prescriptions, and allergies. By using this information, care may be given more quickly and intelligently._x000D_ The technology can be used by a hospital to monitor people who could become sepsis victims. Through early identification, the bospital can take appropriate measures to avert the development of sepsis._x000D_ The method can be used by a research lesam to gather information on a large number of people suffering from a certain illness. The quality of care provided to individuals with this illness can then be raised by using the data to create novel treatments.
