Abstract: The goal of this project is to improve supply chain optimization by using time series analysis methods. The initiative, which focuses on addressing the dynamic challenges found in contemporary supply chains, uses data-driven insights to improve overall efficiency and streamline operations. The project intends to offer a comprehensive framework for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and improving production and transportation logistics by utilizing Python and pertinent libraries for time series analysis. Giving businesses the tools they need to make proactive decisions, cut expenses, and minimize disruptions is the ultimate goal. This project aims to ensure sustained growth and competitiveness in the ever-evolving market, as well as customer satisfaction, by advancing agile, responsive, and cost-effective supply chain systems through a methodical approach.
