Abstract: Cash-Flow-Connect (CFC), an innovative banking system, integrates AVL tree structures and file handling for efficient account management at the graduate level. This robust architecture ensures secure transactions; furthermore, it offers features such as depositing, withdrawing-even generating receipts. The system's user interface-comprising both administrative and staff panels-is password protected: this guarantees user privacy while allowing ease of access to necessary information- editing functions or other related tasks on behalf of the customer service team are made possible through these secured interfaces. The comprehensive and secure banking system, Cash-Flow-Connect, seamlessly integrates user interfaces; AVL tree data structures; and robust file handling mechanisms. This project serves as a testament to the effective application of fundamental computer science concepts in real-world scenarios: it provides a reliable- -even efficient-banking experience for users, staff members, and administrators.
