Abstract: Game Development Approach: The project uses a programming-centric approach to imitate the main features of "Pac-Man" by using text characters to represent the maze, pellets, player, and enemies. This approach allows the recreation of gameplay interactions and challenges without depending on graphical representations. Algorithmic Implementations: The project extensively uses pathfinding algorithms and artificial intelligence techniques to simulate the movement patterns of characters within the maze. Through intricate algorithms, the enemy characters show dynamic behaviour, providing an interactive challenge for players. User Interaction and Interface Design: The user interface is entirely text-based, allowing players to control their character's movements using keyboard inputs. The game interface provides real-time feedback through textual representations, enabling players to make strategic decisions and navigate the maze effectively.
