On the other hand, there is another perspective that argues for the compatibility and mutual enhancement of the two domains. In today's fast-paced world of technological advancements, the intersection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Competition Law plays a crucial role in shaping legal frameworks worldwide.
