Abstract: The gig economy is characterized by short-term, flexible change through digital platforms that replace traditional work patterns. This content explores the evolution, impact and challenges of the gig economy on workers and businesses. The report explores the benefits of flexibility and accessibility, but also reflects on issues related to occupational safety, benefits and needs of the management process to cope with changing market conditions. Finally, this content provides an interesting overview of the many possibilities of the gig economy. This short film examines the concept of “fair work, fair pay” in the context of the gig economy and carefully examines the ethical implications of work. It explores the challenges faced by gig workers in terms of compensation, job security, and access to benefits. The study examines regulatory frameworks and ethical considerations, aiming to identify pathways toward a more equitable work environment.
