Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is causing big changes in many areas, affecting businesses and moving old ideas. Using AI in the court system has its own special problems and good things. India, with its big history of law and complex court system is showing the way. They are using AI to make legal processes better, easier for everyone and fairer. The Indian legal system, which comes from a diverse and lively culture, handles many hard problems. These include too much work to do and the need for fairness in decisions that happen quickly. In recent years, more and more people have seen the good things that AI technology could give to this system. AI (Artificial Intelligence) techs and uses can remove mistakes by people, speed up everyday law stuff, and give facts from data for smart decisions.
