Abstract: History has witnessed several great leaders; some of whom are recalled in a positive light while some are recalled in a negative light. Nevertheless, organizations can derive impactful leadership lessons by analyzing the leadership styles of powerful world leaders. This chapter focuses on a qualitative analysis of the leadership style adopted by Fidel Castro. A combination of phenomenology and metaphors has been used to analyze the leadership style of Fidel Castro. Data was collected from various secondary sources, like books, newspaper articles and other online sources. The results indicated the highlights of the leadership style. Some of the key points are the expectations of obedience from the followers. Some of the leadership lessons that organizations can adopt from the leadership style of Fidel Castro is the dedication to the cause and not being distracted by other sources while walking on the path of goal attainment
