Abstract

Organisations must build a culture of empathy to promote inclusiveness, cooperation, a sense of ownership, and resilience among their employees and stakeholders. The role of empathic communication in global businesses has become a crucial factor in the success of an organisation. In recent times, we have seen how mental well-being and a work-life balance are important to employees’ performance.
