Abstract: The success of a digital transformation strategy depends on the equilibrium between decision-makers, implementers, and end-users. The adoption of technology is linked to the user experience it fosters, and the strongest connections often exist between decision-makers and end-users. The interplay between technological transformation and organizational culture is complex, and historical context is important for understanding the dynamics between end-users and organizational leaders. The digital build of an organization is a combination of people from different generations and cultural backgrounds, and the adoption of technology can be influenced by these factors. In large enterprises, cultural challenges can be paramount, and the leadership level is often built of people from older generations, which can impact the adoption of technology. The success of digital transformation initiatives is a combination of innovation and adoption. The values of an organization to build a team. A good team nurtures innovation and builds people who are open to change, thereby fostering adoption.
