Abstract: This study offers a thorough analysis of feminism and women’s reproductive rights. It also sheds light on the several feminist waves that shaped the movement’s history. The first wave was related to the women’s suffrage movement, the second to women’s reproductive rights, the third to the stigmas and stereotypes associated with women, and the fourth wave, which is still going on, is related to all three waves. Additionally, it analyses the difficulties faced by women, and the prominent figures who took part in the feminist’s movement in different parts of the world as well as the gender-based discrimination. The chapter also provides us an understanding of the differences between feminism and the fake feminism also termed as pseudo feminism and how it has affected the society. The reproductive rights have been in discussion for quite a while however there is still no clarity regarding it whereas there have been some benefits for women in this sphere the challenges persist.
