dc.description	The concept of corporate criminal liability, which has been around for quite some time, has been the focus of in-depth and heated debate in recent years, particularly with regard to its evolution and the effectiveness of its application. Despite this, the most fundamental question of corporate criminal liability, which is, specifically, what role does it serve in relation to other liability regimes, continues to be unresolved. This book aims to research the literature for assessing the different Legislative frameworks used for imposing corporate criminal liability in various jurisdictions. The work analyses case studies of preceding corporate criminal proceedings to determine structures in the in-contradiction application of the law, such as deviations in the specifications for implementing corporate criminal liability, the employ of prosecutorial discretion, and the access of alternative forms of liability. The work also includes the judicial interpretation of the positions pertaining to the Corporate Criminal Liability.
