Abstract

Technological modernization has completely revolutionized data and business management practices in present times. This article tends to examine the adoption of technologies like blockchain in the area of human resource management (HRM) of organizations. The current study explores a unique set of factors selected from the extensive literature and acquired information from experts having significant experience of blockchain technology in their respective organizations. Blockchain technology enhance the employee learning records and update the real-time information in HR database technologies.
