The article's main goal was to illustrate both popular and unusual posture evaluation techniques. As a result, categories defining related technologies were added to the assessment methods to make them easier to grasp. The application of the force plate was evaluated by Duarte and Freitas (2010). According to them, the centre of pressure is typically used to evaluate balance and postural control (CP). The force plate is the apparatus most frequently used to assess this. Force plate shows the mediallateral movements and anterior-posterior of the CP when the body sways. The writer opined that a posturography plate need not be sophisticated or expensive. It simply takes four or three load cells to quantify the medial-lateral CP coordinates, anterior posterior and the vertical component of the ground response force. The investigation of force plate posturography was split into dynamic and static categories by the same researchers. The distinction between these two is that the one examines a person's still, upright posture, whilst the second examines how they react when a disruption is applied to them. One- or two-foot postures are also studied using static posturography (Missaoui et al., 2008).en_US
