The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an unprecedented disruption in economic activities globally. The pandemic inflicted massive loss of lives and jobs yet promoting temporary recovery of natural systems. Every business leader and thinker reflected upon the long-term economic, environmental and social well-being of masses. As the world recovers from the pandemic, the relevance of the 'triple bottom line' (people, planet, profit) needs reinforcement. INDAM 2022 aims to provide a platform to academicians, practitioners and policymakers to discuss the triple bottom line in the post-pandemic world. The idea is to integrate the disparate yet interconnected themes of business resilience, ecological sustainability and social well-beingen_US
