| Abstract: | Telemedicine term for 'treatment at a distance' means to progress patients outcomes by improving access to medical information. To diagnose and esteem patients or to provide the clinical facility to patients without a personal meeting (in a remote location) by a medical professional with the use of technologies like computers, mobile phones is the main use of Telemedicine. The communication between Doctor and Patient is fully end-to-end encrypted. To enhance access to health concern services and to beat geographical barriers Telemedicine uses ICT's, Telemedicine can be treated as 'Move the information, not the patients'. © 2022 IEEE. |
